My wife and I were looking for a new home, and the agent we were using just was not understanding what we wanted. We just did not seem to be a priority, and important details were always missed and forgotten. Luckily, we started working with Erin, after she contacted us when we looked at a house she was representing. She quickly understood what we wanted and lined up some houses to look at. Every house she suggested made our top 5, with the only problem being that houses kept going under contract faster than we could decide to commit. She was patient as we finally realized we had to make an over within a couple of days to have a chance to get the house. She even took us to houses we "found", only to realize when we looked why it wasn't even close to the house we wanted. Erin did not let up after we offered a contract. She helped us negotiate a good price, worked very closely to get through the changes we wanted after the inspection, and even worked through some issues the seller had during closing to get the sale completed.
